HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Esdevium Games Limited t/a Asmodee. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function, including recruitment, payroll, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR team, including drafting letters and managing HR documentation.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job vacancies, coordinating interviews, and preparing interview packs.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and processing, including collating information on starters, leavers, and contract changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all employees, running reports and maximizing use of HRIS and payroll system functionality.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to use Excel to manipulate and present data.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in the use of HR Information Systems and maintaining data that drives payroll and decision making.
