About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team at Veolia ES (UK) LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance services across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal asset performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and maintain accurate asset lists, ensuring integrity and up-to-date information.
  • Provide support to Contract Managers through reporting and system administration, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Conduct annual maintenance program reviews for all contracts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Manage user accounts, creating new accounts and maintaining existing ones, ensuring secure access and data protection.
  • Ensure correct supervisor and contract manager groups are allocated, and contracts are accurately assigned.
  • Track and analyze data received, providing insights and recommendations to improve maintenance operations.
  • Maintain the Call out Rota management system with accurate information and ensure Lone Worker procedures are up-to-date.
  • Provide financial support to the IWE Team, including invoicing and cross-charging.
Requirements
  • At least 12 months of experience in work order management and contract mobilization in an engineering environment.
  • Ability to analyze and understand maintenance problems to provide accurate plant condition information and recommendations.
  • Competent problem-solving skills with a practical approach to solving engineering problems.
  • Strong presentation skills, including technical report writing.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Capable of preparing technical proposals.
