With an array of exciting projects on the horizon, including larger and more intricate developments, a skilled Structural CAD/Revit Technician would be an invaluable addition to their team.


Role Overview:


This position is ideal for a seasoned Structural CAD/Revit Technician who will be instrumental in converting Pointcloud data into precise CAD and Revit models. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring accuracy and efficiency as the company scales its operations.

The role will initially involve more office-based responsibilities in Kent, with opportunities to transition to a fully remote setup as you acclimate to the position. There is also the possibility of working in London, providing flexibility and diversity in your work environment.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform Pointcloud data into precise CAD and Revit models for various structural projects.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure models align with project specifications.
  • Support surveying initiatives as necessary, utilizing your background to enhance project results.
  • Assist in refining and optimizing internal processes for managing and converting Pointcloud data.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of both small-scale residential projects and larger, more complex developments.

Qualifications:


Minimum of 3 years of UK-specific experience with CAD and Revit software, particularly in Pointcloud data conversion.
Strong background in surveying, complemented by practical experience that enhances your technical skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively, especially as the role transitions to remote work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
