Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Manage maintenance and repairs, including arranging for contractors to attend to properties.
  • Update our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Book and manage property inspections and safety inspections.
  • Attend property inspections and ensure that properties are compliant with safety regulations.
  • Manage invoices and rent reviews.
  • Prepare legal notifications, including section 21's and 8's.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven property management experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and property management CRM systems.
