Job Title: Apprenticeship Quality Assurance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at Taylorollinson Ltd. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our biotechnology operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and training programs.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and deviations.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on quality-related topics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a biological or biotechnology discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Proven experience in GMP quality assurance and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
