Instructional Coach

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering inductions to new starters, conducting annual company refreshers, and providing 3-yearly refreshers on food safety and health & safety.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs to ensure new starters are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives that meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Confidence in delivering presentations and training sessions.
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a food manufacturing or related industry.
• Food safety level 3 or higher and health and safety level 2 or higher certifications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft systems and ability to adapt to new technologies.
