About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in the UK. This full-time role involves supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, collaborating closely with teachers to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized or small-group support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
  • Classroom Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes social-emotional learning and academic success.
  • Resource Preparation: Prepare and maintain learning materials and resources that support student learning and engagement.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on student progress, providing valuable insights to teachers and school administrators.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, ensuring a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Education: A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Experience in Education: Previous experience in an educational setting, preferably in a teaching assistant or support role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic educational environment.
  • DBS Check: An enhanced DBS check or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Eligibility to Work: Eligibility to work in the UK, with no sponsorship provided.
