Job Title: Dietician (Bank)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Dietician (Bank). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert dietetic care to patients with complex needs, working closely with nursing teams and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dietetic support to patients, both in and out-patients, using evidence-based, person-centred principles.
  • Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, assessing, planning, and evaluating specialist dietetic interventions.
  • Work in liaison with catering providers to ensure menus offer a balanced diet and meet the needs of patients.
  • Provide dietetic input within the multi-disciplinary team, supporting nursing teams and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • BSc Dietetics or Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics.
  • Registered Dietitian Member of the Health & Care Professions Council.
  • Documented evidence of continual professional development.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Must have bariatric experience.
