We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of our Choose Geography programme of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the programme, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and programme evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate programme activities, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including programme partners, sponsors, and beneficiaries
  • Provide administrative support to the programme team, including data management, reporting, and communication
  • Contribute to the development of programme materials, including reports, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Assist in the evaluation of programme impact and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme coordination, project management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time position
  • Minimum of two days per week attendance at the Royal Geographical Society office in London

Salary: £34,288 - £37,150 depending on experience and qualifications
