About the Role
The Sureserve Group, a leading provider of compliance and energy services, is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the compliance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless contract administration, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service across multiple contracts and projects.
- Take ownership of contract administration, working collaboratively with the team to ensure high levels of cooperation and knowledge sharing.
- Raise jobs, make appointments, and complete associated administrative tasks using the main customer database, ensuring accurate and concise logging of information.
- Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a social housing or construction background.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- A flexible attitude with strong organizational skills.
