The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Daily Debt Chasing: Proactively pursuing outstanding debts to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Account Follow-ups: Regularly reviewing and updating customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Credit and Refund Management: Coordinating the collection and processing of credits and refunds from customers.
- Account Reconciliations: Conducting regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Finance Experience: A strong background in finance, with experience in credit control and/or a related field.
