Compliance Officer - Folkestone

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our client's team in Folkestone, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to FCA guidance and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee control systems to maintain regulations and internal policies
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  • Assess the company's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA standards and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Solution and service-oriented
  • Technology savvy and willing to embrace new systems and software
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills
