Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at MaxAd Fixed Fee Recruitment. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a robust, people-focused HR strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Change Management: Provide guidance on the people implications of change, ensuring that change is well-managed, carried out legally, and communicated effectively.
- Payroll and Benefits: Oversee all offers of employment, changes to terms and conditions, and ensure that payroll and benefits are aligned with market standards.
- Well-being and Engagement: Develop and implement well-being and engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Occupational Health: Manage all occupational health referrals and ensure that employees receive the necessary support and resources.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a broad, generalist, multi-site role in a similar sector where the business relies heavily on people to deliver great service.
- Recruitment and Selection: Previous recruitment and selection experience.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Able to demonstrate leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong stakeholder management skills, commercially astute, and experienced business partnering.
- Qualifications: CIPD level 5 or 7 (desirable but not essential).
