Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to join our Test team at CHANGE-IT CONSULTING LTD, a leading technology and data services company. As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Lead and mentor junior QA team members to improve testing skills and knowledge
  • Identify and report defects and issues to development teams
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to improve testing processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst or Test Analyst in a technology or data environment
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile framework
  • Experience in functional/non-functional testing, regression testing, etc...
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent - Foundation level is fine
  • Experience with automation tools, eg Cypress
  • Understanding of some programming languages, eg JavaScript or C#
  • Ability to maintain QA artefacts such as user stories and test their quality
  • API testing experience, especially with Postman
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and team mindset
  • Interest in data and technology
  • Desire to become a QA leader in the future
