We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Support Engineer to join our team at RENISHAW PLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our customers, as well as leading a team of engineers and promoting their professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via multiple media options, including phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Lead a team of engineers, promoting their professional growth and development, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Engage with product development opportunities and promote a continuous improvement mentality within the team.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, and provide solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and service teams, to ensure seamless support and delivery of products and services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve support and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in providing technical support and leading teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of metrology products and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Valid passport and UK driving license.
