The HSE Recruitment Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement the annual health, safety, and environmental plan.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and best practices.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve machinery safety and guarding.
Requirements:
