About the Role:- Work with children and young adults with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, Mental or Physical disabilities, ADHD/ADD, Visual or Hearing disabilities, and severe and profound learning disabilities.
- Provide individualized support and learning strategies to enhance the development of pupils.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Recent experience of working in a mainstream classroom or with children with special educational needs in an educational setting.
- A strong passion to enhance the development of pupils and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- An approachable and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideal candidates will have Team Teach training, but this is not essential.
- Confidence in working with small groups and 1:1, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
