Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd is excited to be working with a well-established business who are at the forefront of their market and are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to be part of their great team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise short-term performance results and support longer-term strategic business cases to drive the business forward.
  • Provide weekly financial insight to support review of business performance.
  • Provide financial analysis, learnings, and recommendations to budget holders to support decision making.
  • Generate key insights from financial and non-financial information to inform business action plans.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of month-end management accounts review for specific areas, including understanding performance drivers.
  • Forecasting and budgetary control for specific areas of the business, and support Senior Finance Business Partner with forecasting and budgeting for their areas of responsibility.
  • Provide analysis and insight to support and challenge budget holders.
  • Monthly reporting to non-financial managers – trend analysis of key indicators and corrective action plans as required.
  • Work with Senior Finance Business Partner on specific development projects; developing decision support models.
  • Support business case development, and play a key role in driving delivery and tracking performance.
  • Pre and post-promotional analysis, including analysing viability, wins, and learns/recommendations for the future.
  • Deputise for Senior Finance Business Partner where required.
Requirements:
  • Actively studying mid-to-later stages CIMA/ACCA or newly qualified.
  • Solid commercial finance experience in a fast-paced business, ideally with business partnering.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely across finance and non-finance teams.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Commercial astute.
  • Flexible, dynamic individual, able to manage own workload and changing demand.
  • Ability to interrogate the right data to analyse trends, make recommendations, and tell a story.
  • Career-minded and driven individual who is keen to grow with a business.
