Job Description

Role Overview

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain air conditioning systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters
  • Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems
  • Work with clients to understand their air conditioning needs and provide solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems and their components
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
