We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Children's Activity Support Worker to join our award-winning CQC Outstanding children's Disability service in Stockton. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality respite care and support to children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs.

The Role:

  • Deliver after-school activity respite care to children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs.
  • Provide personal care, community outreach, and independent living skills support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Previous experience working with children or applicable experience.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and school holidays.
