Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bid Management professional to lead our bid process, working closely with design, commercial, and construction departments to secure new opportunities and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the start-to-finish bid process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of bid submissions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
- Validate, track, and manage bids throughout the process, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate bid budgets, timelines, and submissions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain bid strategies, working closely with the Divisional Director to secure new business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bid management, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
