About the Role

Cadbury Logistics/ Manufacturing Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at the iconic manufacturing site in Bournville. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 30 Logistics operatives and ensuring excellent standards across the Logistics areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 leadership cover and ensure clear communications through a DMS meeting structure and written handovers.
  • Work closely with the wider supply network, offsite warehouses & 3PL's to resolve supply chain topics.
  • Manage a team of Logistics operatives and ensure their health and wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Ensure consumer safety is at the heartbeat of everything we do.
  • Have a good understanding of IL6S/Lean Six Sigma and a proven track record of working collaboratively within a TU environment.
  • Be passionate about people development and have a background in Manufacturing or Logistics.
