Building Surveyor Opportunity at Cityscape Consult

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Oxford. As a key member of our commercial property surveying team, you will engage in diverse and innovative projects, focusing on commercial property building surveying with a desirable understanding of residential surveys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-acquisition building surveys and schedules of condition.
  • Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations and schedules of works.
  • Manage contract administration and CDM.
  • Handle client relationships, provide fee quotes, and manage work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Travel as needed, including coverage for our Oxford and London offices.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
  • Preferably an RICS Registered Building Surveyor with post-qualification experience.
