Your Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop and guide a high-performing team to meet performance goals and foster individual growth.
  • Performance Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Reporting: Create and present performance reports for the Executive and Board.
  • P&L Management: Manage the Profit and Loss for the Restart CPA, driving financial success.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and develop a motivated team to meet service needs.
  • Business Development: Drive growth in line with contracts and business goals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with commissioners and prime stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 4+ years in management, ideally within Skills or Welfare to Work sectors, with multi-contract and multi-site management experience.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build, inspire, and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of Restart and DWP contract requirements, with experience in delivering services to rigorous standards.
  • Strategic Thinker: Experience developing 'go to market' plans and business development strategies.
  • Analytical: Competent in data analysis and reporting, with expertise in Power BI and MS Packages.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Organised: Strong time management and organisational skills in fast-paced environments.
