Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of vehicle assignments for scheduled duties.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with driving regulations.
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Hours: Flexible options available, including Part Time and Full Time.
- Compensation: £12.06 per hour
- Shift Details: Monday to Friday, with variable hours and on-call responsibilities.

Main Duties:
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning driver schedules to optimize efficiency while adhering to legal driving hours and rest periods.
- Conduct regular checks on driving licenses and CPC certifications as necessary.
- Support the recruitment process in collaboration with the Operations Manager/Team Manager.
- Act as the primary contact for driving staff to address daily operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations as per the Operator's Licence.
- Perform routine inspections of the premises and report findings to the Operations Manager/Team Manager.
Candidate Profile:
- Preferred qualifications include a PHV/PCV Licence (Cat D/D1 without 101 restriction) or a B Licence (car).
- CPC certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years of driving experience is preferred.
- Management or supervisory experience within the last 3 years is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster effective relationships at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
