About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in construction and a proven track record of success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing construction costs and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, tenders, and other project-related documents
  • Providing expert advice on construction-related matters

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • A willingness to work towards your APC and become Chartered/already Chartered
