**About Us**

Campervan Brewery is a dynamic and growing company that is passionate about craft beer. We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Taproom Bar Staff member.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Taproom Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience in our Taproom. This will involve:

  • Managing our beer cellar and ensuring that our beers are always fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Developing and maintaining your knowledge of craft beer and being able to recommend beers to customers.
  • Providing guidance and support to customers in making informed drink choices.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure that our Taproom is always clean and well-maintained.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a bartending role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. As we expand our Taproom, we will be offering more hours to our team members who are interested in taking on additional shifts.
