Quality Assurance Director at IGT Play Digital

IGT Play Digital is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Director to become a key player in their technology leadership team. This position is focused on overseeing the processes associated with the software development lifecycle for the iGaming platform, as well as designing and deploying tools and frameworks aimed at automation testing. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in test automation and a solid understanding of various testing tools and frameworks, including Jira, Jenkins, JUnit, and Selenium. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with 8 to 10 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the specification, design, development, and implementation of tools and frameworks for the iGaming platform.
  • Establish performance metrics to gauge productivity and product quality.
  • Lead collaborative initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
Qualifications:
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in test automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in various SDLC and test automation tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, JUnit, and Selenium.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
  • Proficient in Java, Linux, and OpenAPI.
  • Understanding of scripting languages including JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Perl.
