We are excited to announce an opportunity for dedicated Housekeepers to contribute to our prestigious hotel project. This role offers a flexible work schedule with a minimum-hour contract, providing between 8 to 24 hours of work per week.

Location Requirements

As our location is in a rural area, candidates must possess a valid driving license or have access to a vehicle, as public transportation options are limited.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or a distinctive lifestyle brand is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A positive and proactive approach to guest service.
  • A solid background in housekeeping and cleaning practices.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Impeccable personal grooming standards and a refined demeanor.
  • A full clean UK driving license is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms and suites are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This includes changing linens, making beds, and replenishing amenities while paying attention to detail.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards. Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring they are replenished as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth guest experiences, including check-ins and special requests.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Actively participate in and promote sustainability practices as directed by the management.
