About Our Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Hayward Care Centre. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our homes, ensuring that every room and living space is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, as well as their friends and families. You will have access to specialized equipment and materials to ensure that you can deliver exceptional cleaning and laundry services.
In this role, you will work closely with our care team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents. You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and to work in a way that promotes the well-being and dignity of our residents.
About You
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an elderly care setting, and who has the ability to relate to our residents in a caring and sensitive manner. You will be a team player, with good communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
If you have experience in a housekeeping role, that's great But if housekeeping is new to you, don't worry - we will provide all the training you need to start your new career with us.
