Defendant Serious Injury Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Defendant Serious Injury Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a Top 100 Defendant law firm based in Leeds, with a focus on managing a caseload of Defendant Serious/Catastrophic Injury RTA and EL/PL files.

About the Role

As a Defendant Serious Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for working on a varied caseload of files, including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases. You will also assist the Partners on high-value Catastrophic Injury cases. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Serious Injury/Catastrophic cases and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Defendant perspective.
