About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team in the Exmouth, Budleigh, and Woodbury Cluster. As a Community Nurse, you will provide person-centered care to patients in their own homes, promoting independence and optimizing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, provide, and review nursing care, advice, and information to patients and carers in a safe and professional manner.
  • Maintain patients in their preferred place of care, enabling them to maximize their independence and quality of life.
  • Work under the direction of the Community Specialist Nurse and the Nurse Team Manager, utilizing your skills and knowledge as a Registered Nurse.
  • Hold a designated caseload and deputize in the absence of the Community Specialist Nurse.
