Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Operations team at Ornua Foods. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues and minimize production disruptions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure consistent high-quality work.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including control systems and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with production teams and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
