We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Nurse to join our team at Trades 360 NW Limited. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient's condition, including vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience as a Home Care Nurse or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Competitive hourly rate of £27.50
