About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skill Trades Operative to join our Voids and Responsive team at Platform Property Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' homes are maintained and repaired to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality multi-trade work, including plastering, bricklaying, and general building repairs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ L2 in a relevant trade.
  • Proven experience in delivering multi-trade work, with skills in bricklaying, plastering, and general building construction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Full driving license and access to a van and fuel card.
  • DBS check required.
