We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Flexible Care Companions, providing essential support and care within clients' homes and communities.

Your Role:

Deliver compassionate care and assistance within clients' homes, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores

Requirements:

  • Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
  • A compassionate heart and a dedication to improving the lives of others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Access to reliable transportation and a willingness to travel within the community

Pay and Benefits:

£12.50 per hour and £25 per hour on bank holidays. Level access up to 35% of your pay early. Milage starts at 35p per mile.
