Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 - Dependent on experience

Hours: 8am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday

First Call Contract Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in their Commercial team and the wider business.

Responsibilities:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial aspects of construction projects
  • Preparing and managing project budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Providing expert advice on commercial matters to the project team
  • Identifying and mitigating potential commercial risks

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
