About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal (MSK) service, you will play a vital role in providing clinical leadership and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to support the development and implementation of clinical pathways and service improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a clinical specialist service to patients referred to rheumatology and MSK physiotherapy services.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff within the specialism.
  • Represent the service in Clinical Network Groups (CNGs) and contribute to the development of clinical pathways.
Requirements
  • Meets all essential criteria as per attached job description/person specification.
  • Ability to travel and work in a variety of sites based on need.
  • Prepared to work flexibly to meet service needs.
  • Able to cope under pressure and adapt work patterns when the situation is unpredictable.
