We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal (MSK) service, you will play a vital role in providing clinical leadership and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to support the development and implementation of clinical pathways and service improvements.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a clinical specialist service to patients referred to rheumatology and MSK physiotherapy services.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff within the specialism.
- Represent the service in Clinical Network Groups (CNGs) and contribute to the development of clinical pathways.
- Meets all essential criteria as per attached job description/person specification.
- Ability to travel and work in a variety of sites based on need.
- Prepared to work flexibly to meet service needs.
- Able to cope under pressure and adapt work patterns when the situation is unpredictable.
