Role Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Manager in Project Management within our Industrial and Commercial (I&C) division. This position is pivotal in overseeing the initiation, management, and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Drive the execution of assigned I&C projects, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and compliance with established governance frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Development: Lead a multi-disciplinary project team, providing coaching and support to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring formal initiation and closure of projects.
  • Commercial Oversight: Manage necessary commercial arrangements and approvals for third-party service providers.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving performance through effective leadership and empowerment in dynamic environments. Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience with Business Analysis methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
