Your Future Role
Embrace a new challenge and leverage your expertise in special processes within a cutting-edge domain. You will report to the Head of Technical Services and collaborate with a team of committed and enthusiastic colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing the industrial control of Special Processes (SP) within ongoing manufacturing operations and product launches. On a daily basis, you will engage closely with various teams across the organization to manage industrial risks through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plans.
We will look to you for:
• Defining, establishing, and conducting manufacturing audits in accordance with special process requirements
• Ensuring compliance is upheld for the qualification of all product/process Special Process requirements
• Assisting sourcing teams in the qualification of suppliers and monitoring quality for those involved with Special Processes
• Managing the various quality control processes dedicated to Special Processes within manufacturing operations
• Ensuring that the deployment and validation of new processes align with product/project planning regarding special processes
• Reviewing, amending, and issuing relevant documents within the Quality System pertaining to special processes
• Supporting the Transfer of Technology related to Special Process documentation, processes, and training
All About You
We prioritize passion and attitude over extensive experience. While we do not expect you to possess every skill, we have outlined some that will aid your success and growth in this role:
• Strong experience in a comparable role involving the maintenance and overhaul of safety-critical systems/equipment.
• Advanced/business fluent level of English
Desirable:
• Degree or Higher Certificate in an engineering/technical discipline
• Familiarity with processes such as Paint Systems, Joint Torquing, Shrink Fitting, Gluing, and Bonding would be advantageous
• Knowledge of a maintenance management system, including BOM management and SAP
