We are seeking a qualified social worker to join our team in Scotland. As a social worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out assessments and reviews to identify the needs of adults and develop care plans to meet those needs.
- Work with adults and older people to provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Manage your own caseload and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and other professionals to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Write reports and maintain accurate records to document progress and outcomes.
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work flexibly, under direction and independently where necessary.
- Member of the PVG scheme.
- Competitive rate of pay.
- Help with sourcing accommodation and travel, if required.
- Flexible hours, weekdays and weekends.
- Free training to keep up to date with your Continuous Professional Development.
- Contributory pension.
