About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ride Operator to join our Rides & Attractions team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating multiple rides and attractions safely and efficiently, ensuring a world-class experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Type 1 and 2 rides, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Lead by example, demonstrating safe and efficient operation
  • Train and coach team members to ensure they are confident and competent in their duties
  • Report operational and safety concerns to Team Leaders or relevant departments
Requirements
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must be full-time and fully flexible, able to work weekends and bank holidays as required
  • Previous ride experience is desired
  • A strong understanding of Health & Safety priorities within the department
  • A passion for our business and a genuine want for our families to have an awesome day out
