About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team at Talbots Law. As a Senior Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising clients on Commercial Property transactions and providing support to our Corporate & Commercial colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management and conduct of various Commercial Property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold commercial properties.
  • Draft, review, amend, and issue legal documentation, including transaction reports, to clients and professional lenders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our case management system and work efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
  • Support colleagues within the department and liaise with existing and new clients.
Requirements
  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in Commercial Property law.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track record of Conveyancing processes.
  • Be detail-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and be a motivated and organized team player.
