About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our Installations Team in London (Dartford). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring the quality of equipment, and prioritizing health and safety on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all aspects of the installation process, from conception to completion, in conjunction with the solutions/sales team.
  • Liaise with the Installation Manager to deliver up-to-date information on installation progress and potential problems.
  • Conduct on-site RAMS processes to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring stringent control measures are in place.
  • Install pipework and supervise the day-to-day workload of Installation Operatives and sub-contractors on site.
  • Assist drivers with loading and unloading vehicles, requiring a good level of physical fitness.
Requirements
  • Aptitude to work on construction sites with a good understanding of onsite safety.
  • Ability to adapt to challenging situations with a positive approach.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability for the 'on call' 1 in 3 rota.
  • A current Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
