**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage residential development projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet project goals, local regulations, and client requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines and budgets.


**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential housing developments, with a strong background in design and project management.
  • Excellent residential layout design and architectural skills, with experience in producing associated documents, including Design Access Statements.
  • Good knowledge of the latest legislations and regulations, including CDM regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor junior technicians.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, with Revit experience an advantage.
