Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Greggs Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a clean store environment
  • Contribute to food preparation and serving
  • Participate in sales promotions and initiatives
