Trainee Field Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Trainee Field Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospects

Requirements:

  • Good technical knowledge of the automotive industry, with a focus on car body work or mechanical repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Full driving license and ability to travel regularly
