About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Torquay and surrounding areas. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and their premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet staff and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Interact with the public in a polite and courteous way
  • Ensure that security protocols are followed at all times
  • Patrol the premises and respond to any security incidents
  • De-escalate situations in a firm but respectful manner to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA licence (training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
