Warehouse Operative

We are pleased to announce openings for Warehouse Operatives at a prominent facility. The primary duties of this position involve assisting with order fulfillment, loading and unloading transport vehicles, and organizing inventory. The organization offers a diverse selection of products across multiple categories including Home Improvement, Kitchen Essentials, Furniture, Illumination, Crafts, and Fabrics.

The ideal candidate will be a dependable and diligent Warehouse Operative responsible for tasks related to material handling, packaging, and warehouse organization. This position requires physical strength and the ability to operate machinery such as forklifts and warehouse management systems.

Work hours will consist of any 5 days from a 7-day period, totaling 40 hours weekly. Shifts will alternate weekly between 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00, with a competitive pay rate of £13.31 per hour and overtime compensation at £16.64 per hour after 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently picking and packing merchandise
  • Scanning products and organizing them within the warehouse
  • Moving items using a Pump Truck
  • Managing incoming and outgoing goods
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Access to personal transportation
  • Ability to commit to full-time hours
  • No prior experience required
  • Capability to perform heavy lifting
