Premier Group Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Reading. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the Technology, Engineering, Creative, and Finance markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and recruit top talent in the Technology, Engineering, Creative, and Finance markets
- Market job adverts and enhance your personal brand in your specialist industry
- Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Work closely with the Senior Management team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
Requirements:
- At least 6 months proven experience working within the Technology, Engineering, Creative, or Finance markets
- Track record of success and desire to excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
